             In 2014 Triode Group Limited purchases the business of precision Manufacturing Solutions Limited.

Space Qualified GPS receivers Manufactured (In 2013)

              Precision Manufacturing Solutions receives ISO 9001:2008 certification.Here Space qualified GPS Receivers assembled by precision Manufacturing Slutions for Briarri to be launched in 2014.Abilities Electronic Manufacturing Division Acquired The acqisition of the Electroniccs Manufacturing Division of the Abilities Limited compliments and expands our service offering by adding a dedicated low volume/prototyping SMT line to our existing production lines.

Acumatica ERP implemented(2012)

             In 2012 first instane in New Zealand of Acumatica ERP suite with JAAS Manufacturing modules implemented for PMS.Here Customers can now log in for remote access to  PMS stocked components.

PCB Assembly

Relocation and New SMT Line(2010-2011)

           In late 2010 we relocated to new facilities of 3x larger. Here we purchased a full second Surface,Mount Assembly Line and a Lead-Free wave soldering machine adding to our existing production capability.Because it was looking rather empty and what is better way to fill a factory than with the machines.

PMS Founded and opens for production

   In 2008 we purchased our first Automatic surface Mount Assembly Line and opened for production. Here Precision Manufacturing Solutions Limited founded by three electronics manufacturing professionals,dedicated to the low volume prototype PCB assembly and electronics rework.
